During the pre-session consultation, we’ll discuss your famiiy’s specific needs and goals for the session. This includes talking about the style, wardrobe, location preferences, and any particular shots you need. It's a great time to share any inspiration you have, and for me to answer any questions to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of the shoot.

Most sessions last between 1 to 2 hours. This allows us enough time to try different poses and outfits, maybe a second location, and to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed without feeling rushed. This will all be discussed in your consultation.

Ahead of our session, we'll discuss outfit choices, props, and any specific themes you might like to incorporate. For family shoots, coordinating outfits can work well, but try to avoid matching too exactly. Choose colors that complement each other and consider the location's background. Bringing favorite toys or items can help keep children engaged and capture meaningful aspects of their current interests.

If the weather is not ideal for an outdoor session, we can either reschedule to another day or move the session indoors. I’m flexible with planning and will ensure we find a suitable alternative to meet your family’s needs.

You will receive 15-20 professionally edited high-resolution images. I select the best shots that capture a variety of expressions, interactions, and individual portraits, ensuring you have a diverse gallery. These will be edited for color, brightness, and clarity to bring out the beauty in your family’s moments.

Your edited images will be ready for viewing in your online gallery within 2-3 weeks from the photoshoot. Once available, you’ll receive an email link to access and download your photos directly.

The editing process includes color correction, adjusting lighting, and minor retouching to ensure everyone looks their best. My goal is to enhance the photos while keeping them natural and true to your family’s character.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Payments can be completed through HoneyBook, which offers a safe and convenient payment process.

Absolutely! If you wish to extend the session or add more photos to your final gallery, we can arrange this for an additional fee. We can discuss these options during your pre-session consultation or when reviewing your gallery.
